My daughter loved it because it used animation of animals she already knows in English. how about you give it a shot they have many different languages

Splat Hair Color

Splat Hair Color Love!

Going threw the store I come upon this hair color called Splat. This caught my attention. I felt the need to try this product to write a review for those of you who have wondered about it. I took time to see how it would fade over time and even tried it on different hair types. My results were nothing less then Perfect!!!

First I started with Pink Fetish and Aqua Rush. Of course This product comes with the bleach and the dye. I bleached my hair for a hour before I washed it. I done an all over color of pink and bangs of aqua. I separated the hair applied bleach and let set, longer then suggested, for an hour. Thirty minutes with heat thirty minutes without. Recommended times are fifteen minutes for a the color to last a few weeks and thirty minutes to last one to six months. Due to the way I apply heat and let the color set my hair gets very vibrant and tends to last, after two months and about an inch and a half of roots later the color had just began to fade a little. I have very thick hair and I used tho whole bottle of bleach and dye. MAKE SURE TO DRY HAIR BEFORE DYING AFTER BLEACHING. I also applied these colors to my daughters natural blonde hair which is very thin, two months later and hers is faded but still has yet to wash out. I applied no heat to her hair and only let it set for fifteen minutes. I did have to redo the Aqua at one point about mid way.

Next I decided to use Luscious Raspberry by Splat and Black from Revlon. I just put this one in my hair last night so i'm not so sure how long it will last at the moment but I promise to keep you all updated.
[Updated: One month after having red hair I'm starting to show little blond highlights but most is still just as vibrant. I could continue to let it fade, or redo it. I believe I will be redoing my hair blue and purple!]

Keep in mind this is not the dye I normally use, I picked it up purely for testing purposes and I do plan on testing all of the colors available threw this brand for you and keeping you updated on how they take to my hair and how long it lasts. All in all from the way they take to my hair I'm pleased and the way the pink and blue lasted I'm pleased, I'd recommend it.

Gummy Vitamins!

Gummy Vitamins

Once I was told to start putting my daughter on vitamins [age 9months], I purchased the gummy vitamins. I started her on Disney vitamins for kids. Mind you she had already been finger feeding herself for a few months by this point, so I refused to purchase vitamin drops. She loves to look at the different shapes and colors prior to eating them. In the brand I give my daughter she is to get two and only two a day, prior to being 12 months old I would only give her one due to her age. As much as I love them we also much remember that they are gummy and do melt to prolonged exposure to heat, such as going on a trip in a hot car. That's what happened to me recently, instead of throwing them away I solved my problem and want to let you know how encase this happens for you.

Items Needed:

  • metal pot
  • wisk
  • Pam, or Shortening
  • candy mold
  • timer of some kind [i'm using my microwave]
  • napkin
  • butter knife [not pictured]
  • extra container [not pictured]

What to do:

Take the container that you have the melted vitamins in and cut it open, remove vitamins. Place vitamins in metal pot on Medium heat. Make sure during the time of the next step to stir with a wisk from time to time.

Now take your candy mold, Shortening [or spray pam], and napkin. Take the napkin and get a little shortening on it [if your not using spray pam]Now rub the shortening inside the candy mold, very lightly. then run a clean one over it to make sure its thin. [If using spray pam, after spraying it take the  napkin and wipe it down to make sure there is a very thin layer.]

Once the vitamins are melted down to a syrup like substance. pour over the candy mold, take a butter knife and swipe it over the mold to make sure they don't all stick together. Set a timer for 30 minutes and place the mold into the refrigerator.
Once the timer sounds, take the mold out of the fridge and check to see if it is cool enough to take out of the mold and cut without being gooey. If it's not place it back in the fridge. If it's cool enough the take it out and remove them from the mold. mine where not cool enough yet after 30 minutes due to me using a big ABC mold. Yes the size of the mold effects the outcome. To large of a mold can not only make you wait time longer, but you will also have to cut the vitamins once you take them out of the mold, or you will overdose yourself or child [who ever will be taking the vitamins] on vitamins. Also  DO NOT consume the heated substance until it has cooled down. Make sure during the heating process no child or animal is in the kitchen encase the melted vitamins happen to pop, this will burn the child, animal, or whomever is near it at the time. If you feel you are at risk of being burned then you can wear oven mitts as you heat the vitamins to a syrup. Once Vitamins are cool, and out of the mold you are complete and can put them in a new container for your child. If the mold was bigger them most you will need to cut them into 1/2" pieces [mine will end up all different shapes with impressions in them from the objects in the letters]. Mine of course will not be appealing by any means compared to someone who uses a small heart, flower, truck or any other small object mold. You can also try to do this same thing another way. All you do is after heating the vitamins to a syrup take a dropper [medicine dropper] and ice cold water and make large drops into the water when they will cool down and be little pea shapes. After that you place them in the freezer for 15 minutes and your done.

Hair Remover Cream

Blade Free Hair Remover Cream [aloe vera enriched]

Directions: Remove clothing and jewelry from area to be treated. Shake well and squeeze lotion into palm of hand. smooth on thickly, DO NOT RUB IN. Wait 5 minutes and then test a small area by wiping off lotion with blade free razor for most women, hair will remove easily after 5 minutes. If hair comes off easily, gently remove hair with blade free razor and luke warm water only. Do not rub or use soap. pat dry. If hair does not come off easily leave lotion on for a few more minutes DO NOT EXCEED 15 MINUTES. Do not allow lotion to dry on skin. Keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.
So I tested this product twice and waited a good amount of time to see if my skin got irritated. The first time I used it I waited 5 minutes, as directed, and not all the hair removed easily I had to use a razor on the rest. The second time I waited 15 minutes and once again not all hair was removed and I had to use a razor. If you wait longer then 15 minutes it drys on the skin. My skin did get irritated the last time because I used body wash to clean my legs off even though directed not to. This is a very cheap, not worth it brand. I have tried most brands and they work and I love them, but this isn't one of them. So if you see this brand in stores it is not worth a buy at all. You will be wasting your money.

RUBY GLOOM!

RUBY GLOOM

Ruby Gloom is an animated television show based on an apparel franchise. The show is produced by Nelvana and began airing on October 13, 2006 in Canada on the network YTV.[1] It stars the voices of Sarah GadonEmily Hampshire, and Peter Keleghan.
The Ruby Gloom franchise that led to the television show was created by the American company Mighty Fine and sold through doeworld. Ruby Gloom began as a stationery line, featured on pencil cases and backpacks, eventually expanded to clothing, keychains, and plush toys. The character of Ruby Gloom is a small girl with bright red hair wearing a black dress with red and yellow striped socks. She has a pet cat named Doom Kitty, and she is described as "The Happiest Girl in the World." Ruby Gloom was originally aimed towards a gothic crowd but was later adapted for kids.

I love this show and find it more then suitable for my darling
daughter who is more then into it. She will sit there as long as it
is on with her mouth wide open. There are 40 episodes and well
worth the watch! Especially if your child is into shows and stuffed
animals such as this.
My daughter has been raised with people who look and dress
like the characters in this show so it comes first nature to her to
like this show. She loves Monster high dolls, and the living dead dolls
from hottopic!

RUBY GLOOM: worth the watch! Find it on Netflix if you have it, if you don't look it up.

Hair change! Hair Care!

PINK< BLACK< TEAL!

Last time you all seen, I had really bright pink hair and I have changed it twice since then. I feel the need to show pictures and write my experiences in doing so. I am a natural red head, my hair is in perfect condition no matter the amount of harsh chemicals I use on it because I take damn good care of my hair.I will let you know some of my secrets. As I have blogged prior to this I used Color Jamz: Bubble Head Pink, to get the Pink after I pre-lightened it to a light blonde. I of course dried my hair first them applied the dye with a dye brush, and covered with a bag to hold the head in [or use a shower cap]. I applied heat for 30 minutes without breaks for the extreme pink, long lasting hair.

About a week ago I decided I was done with the pink for awhile, I had pink hair for about three months by this time. I decided I wanted to go back Dark Brown for awhile a color I kept my hair alot. So my husband took me out to get some dye and because my hair was so light we got Revlon Color Silk: Soft black, which by the way back fired on me and came out a midnight black instead. I kept my bangs pink though. But I have used Revlon alot with my hair and never had such horrible results. It kept washing out and didnt tend to want to stick not to mention I really wasn't into the pink bangs. I also missed my colored hair. I was a nice change of pace and far more respectable for the funeral I went to during the time of having my hair that color.

Next on my list was Teal! I used Beyond The Zone Color Jamz: Tripped Up Terquois, but of course I am getting ahead of myself. I had to re-bleach my hair from the black, after 5-10 minutes of having the bleach on my hair it was back to bright pink, which is where the hard part came, I applied a second coat of bleach to my hair this time the blue bleach to act as a toner and left on for what I believe was 30-45 minutes with no head and a bag over it to help. Once I washed my hair I used a toner where as some pink didn't come out I thought that would be ok because it would have a purple look in those spots [it didn't]. I had to dye my hair three times with this color in this brand. applying heat every time. The first time reading directions and applying heat for 20 minutes then washing out, only the tips took. The second time after blow drying my hair and letting it cool I tried again, applying heat every ten minuted for five minutes each time, lasting 30 minutes in length. roots and tips took. Finally I tried again leaving dye on for two hours blow drying ever 10 minutes in between drying for 15 minutes each time, with bag on to hold in heat and finally it set. FINALLY!!!! I tell you this was not the best but it will due next time I will be trying the Ion Brand of dark blue and an accent color of course! I also done my eyebrows all three times [pink, black and teal] to match!

Secrets?!?!?!

  • I was my hair every 2-3 days because the natural oils are good for your hair, and it takes forever for my hair to get the perfect amount of oils.
  • I only bleach and or dye my hair after at least 24 hours of last washing it, or till my natural oils set in.
  • I only apply heat to my hair if it is a must, for dying my hair or going somewhere important to where it needs to be straight.
  • I wash my hair with egg at least twice a month, leave it on till the egg seems dry.
  • If my hair is brassy during washes I add blue food color to my shampoo, If it needs to be darker I add  green food coloring to my shampoo.
  • I tend to use Placenta Conditioner from time to time if my hair even shows a sign of damage! [I will sit with it in my hair for 30 minutes to an hour before I was it out.]
  • I always keep the split ends trimmed and I thin my hair during the summer to keep it from being so hot on my neck when I leave it down!

Re-gauging after ripping!

2009

Back in 2009 I was at 1" with my gauges, it was my goal! It took me so long to get to an inch due to me spiritually gauging my ears. I went to jail for the first time in April of 2009 and they, of course, made me take out my gauges, which btw pissed me off more then anything. Come to find out you have a choice in taking them out. It's ither take them out or spend time in solitary. [which I decided to do for my lip rings btw]. My ears closed up to a 0 gauge within the time I was in there.  [Proof that 1" gauges can heal up] Within 2 days of being released I was back at 1", I refused to give them up. It was fine for me to do without ripping them due to me messaging them with oils to keep them healthy. However due to my anger towards someone and not wanting to hurt them I took it out on myself. In turn I ripped one of my gauges out of my ears, soon after [and I mean soon after, like 10 minutes] I found myself regretting it. Not because it hurt, oh no, but because I had waited so long to get to my goal. My ear was bleeding on and off for weeks, but I didn't care. Because I missed them so much I went and Pierced my silicon gauges to my ears to keep them in. Four piercings on each side of the ear. I had plans to sew my ears back together once I could get them to where I needed them. I never made it to that point before my anger got the best of me and I ripped the other out and also pierced it to my gauge. After about two weeks of them like that I gave up and decided to just gauge my second hole to an inch.
This picture here shows where I had pierced my ear to the gauge and held it there with a small 20g ear ring. [before any of you decided to comment I realize there are problems with me and the way I do things in your eyes, but i don't care.]I held off on gauging for about a year. My second hole was already at a 10g.

2012

Now it's 2012 and my ears are at 1/2" I plan to have my ears back at 1" by October of this year! My ear's are gauging faster then ever by themselves!! Every time I buy the next size and put them in, my ears are already at that size! I will be documenting this gauging process threw out my blog because people always say things i have been able to prove wrong such as: "your ears wont grow back up from and inch", or " you have no lob you wont be able to go that far". First off, I really didn't have any lob prior to gauging to an inch the first time and I done it with no trouble at all and I would have kept going if my anger didn't get the best of me. Now that I ripped them out and I have no lob yet again people think I cant do it, the only trouble that I am having at this point is because of the way I kept stretching my lob to keep it pierced to my gauge causes my right ear to be hard to gauge. [that is the first one I ripped out, so it was pierced to the gauge for the longest.] Even though I stretched them even after they were out that have grown to were if I had sewn them back together I could fit about a 0 or a 00 in my ear. You can see in the picture my ears today with the 1/2" gauges in my ears and where I ripped my inches out! I have found my new pair of 1" gauges that are my goal at this moment, I will be going further then an inch but I had to set a goal for myself! If you want your ears gauged and you think you cant of maybe yours ripped out on their own, or you may have done it like I did, YOU CAN DO IT! DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY!!!!

Please Viewers: Do not try this at home, do not get so angry that you feel the need to harm yourself like I did. Most of all respect your piercings and tattoos! they are your art, and your body is your canvas!

FREE ITEMS!

Want Free Item's Threw The Mail Or Local Pick Up?

Would you like item's threw the mail for free, or maybe to pick them up near you? Do you have items you wouldn't mind "trading" so to speak for things you really want? All because I love to tell my viewer's how to do things like this I am letting you in on a not so secret secret of mine! lol. I joined a site called Listia [click link to go to page!] about two years ago. I have personally tested and used it sense. You can find just about ANYTHING on this site FOR FREE!!! Some items never used.
This site uses a virtual credits instead of money. It uses an action system similar to Ebay. Once item is won the seller and buyer, so to speak, set up an arrangement for pick-up [if local] or shipment. Some item's do have free shipping, and some have "get it now" like "buy now" on Ebay. If you are a "seller" you would post an action with detals of the items, stating the shipment information, price, quality and condition. You can choose what to start you'r bid at and how many days you wish for the action to go on. Once the item is won and received, or after 7 days you will receive your credits and be able to bid on items you want. You start off with 500+ credits. I had the "+" because you can get badges like on the site Influnster I blogged about before. There are so many badges to be gained! You also can level up as you go, you will have feedback and be able to give feedback. Each badge and level has its perk and you can win credits from bidding even! give it a shot, its worth a try but very addictive!. YOU CAN SET UP A LISTIA WITH YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!

Pepsi Respect!

Pepsi Having Respect For The People

Ok, so people are now posting the "new" patriotic Pepsi can boycott. All because it has the Pledge of allegiance without the "under god" part displayed. They ask that people re-frame from purchasing Pepsi for the limited time that this can is on the market. Pepsi has done this out of respect for all people in all religions. Which, by the way, is there entire clientele. This post says that if they cant put "under god" on the can due to respect for others, then out of respect the money that says "in god we trust" shouldn't be used just for respect of the company.
I, as a Wiccan American, love the fact that they do not state "under god", so does my atheist husband. However if they would have placed the "under god" part on the can I would have still purchased this product do to my love for Dr.Pepper. I don't believe that a few words should stop you from drinking a product nor keep you loving it. This "new" patriotic can isn't even new. It was released after 9/11. To show our country that we all stand as one, no matter our religion.
Just had to say my peace. so friends who are on my Facebook. Do Not send me a post about this new can. I don't care to read it, or even see it. You will not, can not change my feelings about Pepsi products. I don't take medications so the only thing to help my migraine's is my caffeine drinks.

British Love!

British Love!!!!

I have been noticing British flag's in every store I go to in the United States lately. It has become the "in" thing here. It seems this is a reoccurring event. What about those of us who have constant love for Britain? I have worn the British flag my whole life, I have always owned items with the flag on it, I married a British man, I used to by my clothing from Britain as a teenager. I never seen it as a fad. I follow all the news there and everything.
Why the sudden love for the British I ask? Is it because the Olympics are going on? Or maybe because the "rocker" style is back "in" right now? I find it kinda disrespectful, the United States picks fun at the British in their t.v. shows and fights against their views but wants to support their flag? Have you really thought this threw??? I mean really? The British came to our land and made it what it is and you disrespect them. I for one am glad you can go to a store and purchase such items, only because that's who I am and who I always have been.
When I was in middle school the skull fad had came out because of some damn song "party like a rock star". At that same time with me wearing my black polish [which later was the "in" thing] and my Tripp pants with spikes and dark make-up, people wanted to down on me. People need never pick fun at those like myself because it seems our style is a consistent "in" thing!
If you have love for the British have Constant love for them, not just love when it's in style! How pathetic.

Hi, I'm Meg Osborne [British last name] I have constant RESPECT and LOVE for the BRITISH people! I'm Polish, Irish, and Scottish! I have Japanese in my family as well as Cherokee Indian! I love who I am and respect all cultures!
